Changing the World, Your Community, Your Organization: The Power of Focused Passion (June 2017)

The concepts that tie together societal and organizational change and the role that a leader plays in both are the subjects of this course. This course is designed for anyone who finds himself or herself in a leadership role or aspiring to develop leadership skills related to change management. It will cover the conceptual base, step-by-step approach, and skill set needed to foster and manage change within an organization, a community, or a society.
