Organizations are increasingly structuring themselves around teams, and this change in the nature of work presents many challenges and opportunities for future managers. Building Winning Teams: A Quest for Excellence is designed to help managers rise to these challenges and exploit these opportunities by building sustainable skills in the area of leadership and team effectiveness. This program provides a unique collaboration between the world-renowned management faculty in the Broad College of Business and their research on the topic of leadership and team building as well as the outstanding coaching staff of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at Michigan State University and their expertise in creating winning cultures.
